Shoreline Insurance Managers Ltd. (SIM) is owned by Shoreline Mutual and Arvak and was formed in 2009 to create greater efficiencies for our stakeholders. SIM has assumed responsibility for the management of both Shoreline Mutual and Arvak in order to be able to operate with full independence and autonomy on their behalf and maintain Shoreline's spirit of mutuality.

Shoreline Mutual (Bermuda) Ltd.
Shoreline Mutual is a mutual which delivers fixed cost COFRs by virtue of its one hundred percent reinsurance. Shoreline Mutual accepts IGA Pandi Clubs and Noord Nederlansche P&I (NNPC).
Arvak Ltd.
Arvak is a fixed cost COFR provider and is one hundred percent reinsured. In addition to Pandi Clubs accepted by Shoreline Mutual, Arvak accepts 4 non IGA Pandi providers: British Marine, Hanseatic P&I, Korea P&I and South of England.

SIM champions the concept of environmental responsiveness through the expertise of Anthony Knap PhD, President and Director, Senior Research Scientist at the Bermuda Institute of Ocean Sciences (BIOS) when he joined the Boards of Shoreline Mutual and Arvak as a Non Executive Director in 2008.
